Any charger compatible with electric vehicles can be suitable for hosting on karocharge. We support all major charger types including Level 2 and DC fast chargers.
Earnings vary based on charger usage, pricing, and availability, but hosts can earn additional income regularly. Top hosts earn $200-500 monthly.
Hosts set their own pricing per kWh or per session, considering factors like electricity costs and market rates. We provide pricing recommendations based on your area.
Payments are typically processed within 3-5 business days after each completed charging session, directly to your linked bank account or preferred payment method.
You can communicate with the host through the app to coordinate pickup times. Many hosts offer flexible arrangements for unattended charging.
You can modify your booking through the app, subject to availability. Changes can be made up to 1 hour before your scheduled session.
Please notify the host and karocharge support as soon as possible to discuss options. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
You are billed based on the actual charging duration, as recorded by the host's charger. Idle fees may apply if your car remains connected after charging completes.
